Oracle Fusion ERP Order Management Business Analyst

hirify.global is hiring for an enterprise systems business analysis role focused on Oracle Fusion ERP.

What you will do

• Document current business procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan, design, and implement Order to Cash systems solutions, primarily using Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle ERP, Windchill, GTM, Blue Yonder ESP/OP, and external third-party logistics systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain process flows, specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and train end users on new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes using Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong understanding of industry processes, business requirements, and ERP modules.
• Proven experience implementing ERP solutions that deliver business value.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience managing large-scale systems implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
