What you will do
- Define and execute the launch and growth strategy for seller financial services.
- Design and implement financing products such as credit solutions and embedded finance models.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with banks and fintechs.
- Use seller needs and behavioral insights to improve end-to-end journeys and adoption.
- Shape product and partnership roadmaps based on market trends, financial solutions, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams on initiatives including data lake preparation and risk and propensity-to-buy models.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including preferably 3 years in product or project management within banking or fintech.
- Experience with banking, financial services, third-party management, commercial operations, and P&L responsibility.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
