What you will do
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native services.
- Participate in system and solution design, translate architecture into implementation plans, and contribute technical trade-offs.
- Develop AI-powered capabilities including copilots, intelligent assistants, summarization, search, recommendations, and workflow augmentation.
- Implement RAG, prompt orchestration, grounding, structured outputs, tool calling, evaluation, monitoring, and safety guardrails.
- Improve code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, reliability, and secure development practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product, QA, DevOps, design, and engineering teams while mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade full-stack applications and owning complex engineering workstreams.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, or Vue, with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong backend experience with Python and a framework such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Experience with system design, API design, distributed architectures, relational or NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, containerization, Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs and building reliable AI features using prompt design, structured outputs, RAG, vector search, grounding, evaluation, and guardrails.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration across product, QA, DevOps, TPM, and architecture teams.
- Exposure to performance tuning, observability, logging, monitoring, caching, and reliability engineering.
- Experience with reusable frameworks, shared components, technical proposals, estimations, or client-facing technical workshops.
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, model gateways, LLMOps, MLOps, AI copilots, or agentic workflows.
