Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack (Python/Reactjs)

Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within a reasonable commute

What you will do

• Lead requirements analysis, system design, estimation, implementation, testing, and delivery across frontend and backend systems.
• Design, develop, optimize, scale, and maintain user-facing UI components and distributed backend services.
• Build secure and resilient Go and Python microservices, RESTful APIs, backend workflows, and platform services.
• Modernize and migrate legacy .NET/C# services to Go/Python-based microservices and cloud-native platforms.
• Integrate AI-powered services and agents, AI-assisted development tools, and intelligent automation into fullstack applications.
• Review code, influence architecture and engineering standards, and collaborate with product, design, and platform teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend systems.
• 3+ years of experience building optimized web applications or SaaS platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go or Python, SQL, relational database design, distributed systems, microservices, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with SPAs, frontend performance optimization, Micro-Frontend architectures, and shared design systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes or Nomad, API gateways, OAuth2/OIDC IAM, and Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Nice to have

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience evaluating emerging AI tools and frameworks and recommending adoption paths aligned with business outcomes.
• Experience modernizing C#/.NET Framework or .NET Core systems.
