IT Service Delivery Analyst II (Test)

Location: Mojave, United States; onsite support required in lab and operational environments

Compensation: $35.00–$40.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, identity, VLAN, switching, and network connectivity issues.
• Support system availability and performance during live test and integration operations, including telemetry, data capture, and test execution.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and networking teams to resolve operational issues and coordinate major incident response.
• Lead workstation, network infrastructure, lab expansion, and structured cabling deployments.
• Improve service delivery through root cause analysis, automation, documentation, runbooks, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise IT support or service delivery experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint systems, identity services, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience diagnosing network connectivity issues and working with IT service management platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple technology domains.
• Must be eligible to work under U.S. export regulations as a U.S. Person or be eligible to obtain an applicable U.S. export license.
• Onsite availability in Mojave and participation in live test support, critical operations, and after-hours coverage aligned with test schedules are required.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of enterprise IT support or service delivery experience.
• Experience supporting engineering, laboratory, or test environments.
• Familiarity with Linux, test systems, telemetry, or integration environments.
• Basic automation or scripting experience.
• Experience in regulated or operational environments.
