IT Manager (IoT)

Location: Onsite at the Porto Alegre office, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

What you will do

• Implement IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, integrations, and processes for the Porto Alegre office.
• Partner with stakeholders and Global IT to deliver local systems, services, and infrastructure.
• Manage laptops, network equipment, mobile devices, software licenses, and IT equipment lifecycles.
• Operate wireless networks, VPN, remote access technologies, access controls, and security camera systems.
• Provide employee IT support and coordinate technology support for onsite events.
• Support system changes, cybersecurity incident response, vendor management, procurement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user support.
• Fluent English and Portuguese are required.
• Experience with IT service metrics, continuous improvement, helpdesk ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems, network troubleshooting, and common enterprise software.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues, make independent decisions, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Understanding of networking and switch configuration.
• ITIL or HDI Support Center Manager certification.
