Experienced Low Level Software Engineer (Embedded)

What you will do

• Develop C/C++ software for multi-threaded, multi-core systems running on MIPS and RISC-V processors.
• Design and implement hardware drivers for a proprietary real-time operating system.
• Create, maintain, and enhance system verification and integration tests in simulation environments.
• Perform board bring-up and debug systems based on hirify.global proprietary SoCs.
• Work with ASIC designers to cover hardware features and resolve silicon issues using JTAG probes.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with C/C++ programming and embedded software development.
• Ability to work with hardware specifications and develop low-level software in bare-metal and RTOS environments.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and debugging on real SoCs.
• Knowledge of shell scripting and Python.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of embedded systems, microprocessors, I/O, I2C, SPI, and other interconnect buses.
• Experience with MIPI CSI or other high-speed serial interfaces.
