Principal Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Advise strategic partners and customers across language, vision, audio, brain-computer interface, and agentic AI systems.
• Develop and deliver technical narratives, demonstrations, model evaluations, and integration frameworks for technical and executive audiences.
• Lead technical discovery and own partner and customer relationships through evaluation, deployment, expansion, and commercial conversion.
• Build reusable evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning guides, deployment architectures, API playbooks, and use-case demonstrations.
• Synthesize customer and partner intelligence into feedback for research and product priorities.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, workshops, academic forums, and partner events while collaborating with researchers, engineers, and the GTM team.

Requirements

• Deep technical fluency in one or more areas including large language models, multimodal AI, speech and audio synthesis, brain-computer interfaces, neural signal processing, or agentic AI.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts accurately to engineers, researchers, executives, and business decision-makers.
• Experience in a customer-facing or partner-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, applied research, developer relations, or technical business development.
• Ability to identify differentiated commercial value in AI technology and communicate it persuasively in competitive contexts.
• Excellent collaboration skills across research, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• PhD in machine learning, computer science, neuroscience, or a related field; a Master’s degree with substantial research depth may be considered.
• Research publications or contributions in AI, ML, audio synthesis, BCI, or related fields.
• Experience with benchmarking, rigorous model assessments, production deployment strategies, API-based and on-premises integrations.
• Background in open-source community engagement, developer advocacy, or technical content creation.
• Understanding of enterprise AI adoption and experience using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
