Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define product strategy, solution design, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Build and scale data-driven products in partnership with Design and Engineering.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through execution and delivery.
• Own the product domain and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead recommendations and technical requirements for product functionality, initiatives, and enhancements.
• Enable teams to execute quickly while maintaining high quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering innovative software products as a Product Manager, Product Strategist, or in a related technical role.
• Experience with supply-chain, firmographic, or risk data and workflow tools, including sanctions or export-control use cases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams through prioritization, planning, and delegation.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate software projects with Engineering teams.
• Bilingual Japanese and English speaker required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced startup SaaS environment.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative product discovery, customer and market analysis, experimentation, and testing.
• Experience with hypothesis testing, problem identification, and building and scaling MVPs.
• Engineering experience or experience supporting highly technical products with engineers.
