What you will do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for vessel data capture and reporting workflows, including noon reports, arrival and departure events, and bunker reporting.
- Lead the end-to-end reporting lifecycle from onboarding and setup through continuous, high-quality reporting.
- Define data validation, error handling, and quality monitoring for ship masters and shore-based operators.
- Translate commercial, customer success, and downstream product requirements into a coherent, prioritised roadmap.
- Manage dependencies across platform consumers, anticipate downstream impact, and sequence releases smoothly.
- Shape the next generation of seamless, intelligent, AI-first vessel reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder domains.
- Strong experience with B2B SaaS products and end-to-end product discovery and delivery.
- Advanced discovery, data analysis, metric definition, and product prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work directly with customers, align commercial, customer success, and engineering stakeholders, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
- Technical understanding of data architecture, validation logic, system dependencies, and platform products.
- AI-native working style and experience using AI tools for analysis, writing, strategy, and decision-making.

- Maritime experience or education.
