What you will do
- Define and own the Native Processing Server platform architecture, roadmap, server concepts, hardware selection, and deployment models.
- Build prototypes and lead hardware bring-up, system configuration, thermal and power validation, and maintenance concepts.
- Optimize system density, performance, manufacturability, and serviceability with hardware engineering, NPU development, and NPU production teams.
- Establish scalable installation and deployment processes with cloud or hosting partners and enterprise data center environments.
- Support Field Application Engineering during complex customer deployments and integrations.
- Translate engineering learnings and market requirements into platform improvements while aligning priorities with operations, product management, and engineering leadership.
Requirements
- M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT architecture, HPC, or enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of server technologies, data center operations, cluster computing, high-density server design, power and cooling constraints, and hardware deployment.
- Proven experience with prototype builds, hardware bring-up, system validation, server installations, operating systems, networking, and low-level configuration.
- Experience in product ownership or lead technical roles, with exposure to technical sales, consulting, or field deployment support.
- Fluent English is required.

- Familiarity with software development processes, AI workloads, or system integration.
- Proficiency in German or another European language.
