Senior Commercial Counsel (SaaS)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $168,000–$231,000 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead legal negotiations for enterprise customer deals.
• Support West Coast Area Directors and their sales teams.
• Advise on subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from NDA through internal approvals and signature.
• Develop initiatives to streamline the contracting process as the company scales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of in-house transactional legal experience with direct interaction with customers, partners, vendors, executives, sales, and information security stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements, amendments, and order forms with enterprise customers.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency managing contracts with Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
