Integration Test Technician (Robotics)

Location: South San Francisco, CA, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Execute hardware test plans across feasibility studies, hardware build phases, and end-to-end system stress tests.
• Inject faults into robot software and hardware to identify edge cases and failure modes beyond automated test coverage.
• Diagnose robot and equipment failures at the component level using multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Log detailed test data in Google Sheets and internal databases to support engineering iteration.
• Use and modify Python scripts to automate test sequences, support EOL and HIL test development, and translate schematics into test setups.

Requirements

• Associate or technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience with electromechanical or robotic systems.
• Hands-on hardware debugging experience with multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and execute structured test plans.
• Basic Python and Linux CLI skills for running and modifying automated test sequences.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious approach.
