hirify.global develops the DX-1 decode accelerator, a rack-scale AI infrastructure platform combining logic, data movement, packaging, optics, and interconnect.

What you will do

• Lead the team responsible for the internal engineering platform and technical operations.
• Direct the development of provisioning automation, CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, network design, and observability systems.
• Oversee compute, storage, networking, build systems, and collaboration infrastructure for hardware, software, ML, and compiler engineers.
• Manage foundational IT operations, including identity management, device fleets, SaaS administration, and corporate networking.
• Establish secure-by-default infrastructure, endpoint, and access-management practices.
• Partner with engineering leaders, including compiler engineering, to improve platform efficiency and engineering velocity.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and scaling infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering teams.
• Strong engineering or architecture background in cloud computing, storage, and networking.
• Experience overseeing robust build systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management, and endpoint security.
• Experience managing or overseeing device fleet management, SaaS administration, and corporate networking.
• Ability to define strategy and build infrastructure platforms and operational processes from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with the infrastructure needs of hardware, ML, or compiler engineering teams.
• Experience working in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment.
