TL;DR
Experienced DFT Engineer (ASIC/SoC): Developing and verifying hardware, firmware, and software modules for autonomous vehicle SoCs with an accent on advanced DFT tools, automotive safety, and ISO 26262 requirements. Focus on debugging coverage and yield loss, creating DFT methods and concepts, and working with SCAN, MBIST, LBIST, and hierarchical test flows.

What you will do
- Develop the required hardware, firmware, and software for different autonomous vehicle SoC modules.
- Verify and validate designs for automotive and safety-related products.
- Debug and analyze coverage and yield loss.
- Use advanced DFT tools and features while developing proprietary DFT methods and concepts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the ASIC/SoC industry.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Haifa, Israel.
Nice to have
- Experience with SCAN or MBIST tools and flows.
- Knowledge of hierarchical SCAN methodology.
- Knowledge of LBIST and Test Point Insertion flows.
- Knowledge of TAP protocols IEEE 1149.1, IEEE 1500, and IEEE 1687 (iJTAG).
- Knowledge of synthesis flows.
