Mission Coordinator (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; willingness to travel within Europe up to 20%.

What you will do

• Coordinate joint projects with industry partners and internal teams, tracking action points, milestones, and deliveries.
• Organise customer demonstrations and field tests, including planning, logistics, on-site support, and follow-up.
• Prepare offers, tender documents, and presentations for customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Own smaller workstreams end to end and progressively take on greater responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging and presentations.
• Organised, proactive, hands-on, outcome-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Team-oriented and willing to take on multiple roles to support customer and company success.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Existing German security clearance (Ü1/Ü2) is strongly preferred; otherwise, eligibility and willingness to obtain one are required.
• First experience in defence, public security, or aerospace, with familiarity with the German defence ecosystem around Munich.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel within Europe up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Prior military service.
• Existing German security clearance (Ü1/Ü2).
