TL;DR
Engineer, Packaging Developing Engineering (Packaging Engineering): Developing and optimizing SIP assembly and packaging processes for BGA/LGA products, especially molding processes, with an accent on advanced packaging technologies, materials, and equipment. Focus on creating high-capability process recipes, evaluating new technologies, and collaborating with global teams on product design and introduction.

Location: Shanghai, China — onsite at the hirify.global Minhang Office

What you will do

  • Develop SIP assembly processes and packaging solutions for BGA/LGA products, with a focus on molding.
  • Develop and optimize process recipes to achieve high capability for future products.
  • Evaluate and introduce advanced packaging process technologies.
  • Collaborate with materials and equipment teams on new technology development.
  • Work with global teams on new product design, evaluation, and introduction.
  • Partner with the Pathfinding team to achieve leading packaging technology targets.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Organic Materials Science and Engineering, materials chemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of SIP packaging.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, 3D drawing, animation, SolidWorks, JMP, Spotfire, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language.
