Senior Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage production resources and control operations to achieve production plans while maintaining safety, quality, service, and cost standards.
• Lead supervisors, production specialists, operators, and cross-functional teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate production plans and schedules with Production Control and senior production management.
• Lead practical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and permanent resolution of technical and quality issues while eliminating rework.
• Develop and implement lean systems, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, support regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe and collaborative workplace.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or managing people, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams, functions, and management.
• Analytical ability to identify improvements in manufacturing methods and processes.
• Understanding of the operational pressures involved in leading a production team.
• Flexibility to work within different shift patterns is essential.
