Process Technician (Biopharmaceutical)

Location: Full onsite at hirify.global Grange Castle, Dublin, Ireland; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Ireland. No relocation support is available.

hirify.global operates a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility producing medicines using mammalian cell culture, protein purification, vaccine conjugation, pegylation, and aseptic syringe-filling technologies.

What you will do

• Manufacture biopharmaceutical products in accordance with safety, potency, efficacy, cGMP, regulatory, and site SOP requirements.
• Perform initial troubleshooting of issues identified during routine operations.
• Assist with operational deviation investigations through the Quality System and engage relevant functions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of area SOPs and batch records while training and mentoring colleagues.
• Apply Lean tools, including Method 1 and 5S, to improve efficiency and support the Continuous Improvement and Zero Defects programs.
• Assist with facility startup, equipment installation, and validation activities for new product introduction.

Requirements

• A successful Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work a rotating 24/7 shift pattern covering days and nights.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Exposure to SOPs, batch records, or manufacturing systems such as DeltaV or Unicorn.
• Knowledge of Lean tools such as Standard Work, 5S, or Method 1.
