What you will do

• Operate assembly, cleaning, and baking equipment for PCB production.
• Perform manual assembly of PCBs and mechanical hardware following SOPs and drawings.
• Apply adhesives and conformal coatings to electronic components.
• Set up equipment and conduct process-related measurements.
• Maintain production documentation and transact work orders via the ERP system.
• Inspect and rework components to ensure adherence to quality criteria.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrigaline, Ireland.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in assembly functions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform fine dexterity tasks and handle repetitive movements.
• Knowledge of IPC7711/IPC7721 and IPC J-Standard is preferred.
• Good time management and interpersonal skills.
