Robot Operator (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Watertown, Massachusetts, United States. Shift-based work with regular weekend and holiday coverage required.

Salary: $20–$23 per hour.

hirify.global is an MIT robotics startup developing a no-code interface for teaching robots new tasks and deploying the technology across factories and warehouses in the United States.

What you will do

• Instruct robots through a web-based portal.
• Respond to customer support calls and resolve technical issues.
• Learn and follow protocols for diagnosing and solving robot problems.
• Track robot performance and provide feedback to engineering.
• Report bugs and test new features.

Requirements

• Ability to work fully on-site in Watertown, Massachusetts.
• Availability for shift-based 24/7 operations, including regular weekend and holiday coverage.
• Willingness to learn robot diagnostics and operational protocols.
• Ability to respond to customer issues, track performance, and communicate feedback to engineering.
