People Partner, Professional II (Human Resources): Supporting managers and employees across talent actions, organizational changes, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives with an accent on employee advocacy, people analytics, and local workforce regulations. Focus on resolving workplace challenges, translating engagement data into action, and improving HR service delivery through digital tools and AI-powered insights.

What you will do
- Advise managers and employees on talent actions, organizational changes, talent mobility, development, and motivation.
- Act as an employee advocate and use people analytics to monitor employee experience and engagement trends.
- Co-lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and manager coaching.
- Guide managers through talent reviews, performance management, people policies, and engagement survey actions.
- Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable talent initiatives and improve employee services.
- Implement local people compliance programs, policies, reporting, and digital-first process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong communication, consultation, organizational, problem-solving, adaptability, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HR systems and software, with strong technological proficiency.
- SEA and ANZ countries experience is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Power BI, Workday, or ServiceNow.
