What you will do
- Own the end-to-end execution of strategic quantitative quantum application discovery projects with enterprise partners.
- Build and present business cases that quantify the ROI of quantum applications for partner organizations.
- Recruit, manage, and develop a senior team of Quantum Algorithm Experts, Applications Engineers, and Solutions Engineers.
- Build trusted relationships with strategic and technical leaders at enterprise partner organizations.
- Establish repeatable frameworks for business-case development, project execution, results reporting, quantum application development, and computational resource estimation.
- Translate enterprise requirements and hardware performance targets into feedback for Product, Systems, and Business Development teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience building quantified business cases for complex technology adoption, preferably in compute-intensive domains such as HPC, AI, or advanced software.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience building, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to connect deep technical subjects to strategic and commercial audiences.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Mathematics, or an MBA combined with a technical undergraduate degree.
- Strategic leadership mindset, strong ownership, and an outcome-focused approach.
