Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid balance between office and home working.

What you will do

• Coach developers through one-on-ones, personal growth, and technical development.
• Review code and promote craftsmanship, TDD, and design patterns.
• Build software alongside the team that improves the customer experience.
• Contribute to refinements and architecture discussions.
• Lead positively, onboard new colleagues, and maintain a productive team environment.
• Work with other Team Leads and the Development Manager to improve development practices.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience with C#.
• Broad knowledge of both backend and frontend development.
• Leadership experience in a Scrum or Agile environment.
• Ability to give feedback and coach colleagues.
• Focus on balancing technical quality with business value.
• Familiarity with Oracle and AWS data stores and international teams.
