Finance Systems Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Lead the Finance workstream of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation across five global legal entities.
• Translate requirements for AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting into Dynamics configuration decisions.
• Lead chart of accounts mapping, opening balance migration, and master data cleansing.
• Design testing scripts, coordinate UAT participation, and manage defect resolution with the implementation vendor.
• Deliver finance training and change management for go-live readiness.
• Administer Dynamics Finance after go-live, including user access, security roles, optimization, governance, and integration with billing, revenue recognition, payroll, expenses, and banking systems.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementations, or finance operations.
• At least two full-cycle ERP deployments in a hands-on lead capacity.
• Deep functional and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency corporate structures, including Australian and US entities.
• Ability to create and interpret functional design documents, legal entity configurations, number sequences, posting profiles, and data migration specifications.
• Proven experience managing external software integrators and communicating program risks to executive stakeholders.
