TL;DR

Finance Functional Consultant (D365): Supporting global Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployments with an accent on business readiness, process alignment, and data migration. Focus on bridging the gap between global ERP blueprints and local entity requirements to ensure successful transformation and go-live.

Location: Somerset (2-3 days onsite required)

Salary: £75,000–£90,000 per annum + bonus

What you will do

• Support global D365 F&O deployments across finance functions.
• Drive business readiness and entity preparedness activities.
• Align local processes with the global D365 template and best practices.
• Support O2C, P2P, and core finance process transformation.
• Lead finance data migration and data quality activities.
• Coordinate testing, training, cutover, and go-live support.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in finance transformation or ERP delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including P2P and O2C.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 or similar ERP implementations.
• Strong data migration, business readiness, and process improvement experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience preferred.
