What you will do

• Develop analytical solutions using advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• Identify opportunities to use client and company data to drive business solutions.
• Lead research, prototyping, data gathering, solution scoping, architecture, and insightful analysis.
• Deliver solutions across segmentation, propensity, churn, lifetime value, forecasting, recommendation, pricing, and marketing optimization use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Manage and provide leadership to a span of Data Scientists.

Requirements

• 5.6–11 years of experience in core Data Science and Machine Learning projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one of R or Python.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data science pipelines, including problem scoping, data gathering, exploratory analysis, modeling, visualization, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to independently solve complex problems and learn new languages, tools, and platforms quickly.
