What you will do
- Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline and accelerate science model development and evaluation.
- Develop science-based solutions to optimize seller engagement channel strategies.
- Build and scale end-to-end AI-native recommendation models using generative AI and machine learning.
- Identify seller challenges and business growth opportunities through advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform business insights into rigorous scientific solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, R, SAS, MATLAB, or comparable data querying, scripting, or statistical tools.
- 4+ years of data scientist experience.
- Experience with statistical models such as multinomial logistic regression.
- Experience applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics to complex business problems.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or R Shiny.
- Experience managing data pipelines.
- Experience leading and mentoring a data science team.
