What you will do

• Implement AI-driven solutions to accelerate science model development and evaluation cycles.
• Develop science-based strategies to optimize seller engagement channels.
• Build and scale end-to-end AI-native recommendation models using generative AI and ML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform business insights into rigorous scientific solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (SQL), scripting languages (Python), or statistical software (R, SAS, Matlab).
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proven experience with statistical models, such as multinomial logistic regression.
• Must be located in or have the right to work in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or R Shiny.
• Experience managing data pipelines.
• Experience as a leader and mentor within a data science team.
