Reconciliation Implementation Associate

Provides client-focused investment data reconciliation and onboarding operations.

What you will do

• Complete reconciliation for client investment books during onboarding, with a focus on automation and scalable operating models.
• Establish reconciliation processes and thresholds, and design automated workflows based on stakeholder requirements.
• Back reconcile, normalize, and automate investment data.
• Analyze and validate data against third-party sources, and monitor and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Communicate project progress and risks with Stream Leads and Project Managers.
• Apply knowledge of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, yields, fixed income, equities, and client security types.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and/or financial instruments.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, communication, organization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and math skills.
