Bilingual Network Cash Reconciliation Specialist (ATM)

What you will do

• Perform daily ATM-level cash reconciliations across assigned networks in the United States and Latin America.
• Review and validate Cash-in-Transit reports and system uploads.
• Investigate shortages, surpluses, and other discrepancies using Electronic Journal data.
• Correct mismatched or incomplete records, recover missing files, and create and track ERM tickets.
• Coordinate with Finance Operations, banks, vendors, and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.
• Support the Network Cash Reconciliation Team Lead with issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional office or financial operations experience.
• English and Spanish required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with vendors and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
