Financial Reconciliations Specialist

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; hybrid with on-site work required at least 6 days per month. Working hours are 8 AM–5 PM Central Time.

What you will do

• Reconcile trade activity and research discrepancies.
• Enter and release wires through various banking systems and perform related team functions.
• Conduct quality control of incoming wires and audit completed work.
• Act as an escalation point for complex reconciliation and processing issues.
• Follow workflow priorities, processing standards, and client requirements.
• Document procedures, implement process improvements, and train associates on best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, banking, reconciliation, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to trace issues to resolution.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on site at least 6 days per month and during 8 AM–5 PM Central Time.
