Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) (Photonic Computing)

What you will do

• Own and coordinate content and channel strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, and paid campaigns.
• Execute and develop the CEO’s personal social media channels in close coordination with the CEO Office.
• Manage editorial calendars, content production workflows, and community engagement across social media channels.
• Lead email marketing and paid campaigns across social, search, and emerging AI-driven search engines.
• Translate complex photonic computing and other technical topics into clear, engaging stories for different audiences.
• Coordinate with marketing, business development, product management, leadership, external partners, and agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, particularly on B2B platforms such as LinkedIn and X.
• Experience creating content for multiple formats and channels, including social media and newsletters.
• Experience with email marketing, paid social campaigns, community management, content strategy, storytelling, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Canva, native platform analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads; HubSpot experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English and German required.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, technology, or innovation-driven environments.
• Experience with HubSpot for social media management, planning, distribution, and email marketing.
