Junior Social Media Manager (all genders)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid work with office attendance and work from home on Mondays and Fridays

What you will do

• Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery within a single-market ecosystem.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact for a client and maintain effective communication and service.
• Lead communication initiatives from briefing through completion, including reporting, budget planning, and performance tracking.
• Build client relationships and monitor business developments, competitors, mobility trends, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with content, strategy, and paid media teams to align campaigns with KPIs.
• Provide data- and KPI-based strategic consultation to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media and agency environments.
• Fluent business communication in English and German.
• Proven project management experience in an advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, community management, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
• Strong PowerPoint design and Microsoft Office skills; willingness to travel occasionally for business.
