What you will do
- Own editorial planning, publishing, and community interaction across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Develop recurring formats and channel-specific content ideas aligned with the NEURA brand and core audiences.
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and communication patterns, translating insights into channel actions.
- Optimise channel strategy and help position within the global deeptech and robotics community.
- Collaborate with the Content Creator on formats and execution while driving the editorial plan.
- Analyse post performance and independently execute standout formats, campaigns, and content opportunities.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in social media management.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X, including their mechanics, algorithms, capabilities, and limitations.
- Experience in a technology, deeptech, or innovation environment is preferred.
- Strong creativity and execution skills, with the ability to bring ideas to channels quickly and independently.
- Ability to identify trends early, contextualise them, and assess what fits the NEURA brand.
