What you will do
- Coordinate distributor data collection and build business analysis frameworks using AI-enabled tools.
- Aggregate data, process key figures, and prepare accurate reports for regional sales, category management, and marketing stakeholders.
- Monitor sales and business performance indicators, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Improve sales process adoption and compliance by identifying opportunities for workflow automation and digital solutions.
- Build user-friendly dashboards, visualizations, and analytics solutions for self-service data discovery.
- Support pricing data maintenance, sales forecasting, business intelligence tool selection, and regional sales operations calls.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in IT, consumer electronics, gaming, or management consulting.
- Degree in Business Administration, Data Science and Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate AI-generated insights into business actions.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and data tables.
- Experience with AI-powered productivity and analytics tools such as Power BI AI features, CRM analytics, Tableau, or predictive forecasting tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a matrix environment.
