Agentic AI Engineer

Company

Develops smart loading dock sensor hardware and software that connects physical freight operations with digital logistics systems, enabling real-time material-flow and dock-management data.

What you will do

• Build AI agents that autonomously navigate websites and execute complex workflows.
• Develop browser automation solutions with Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Design agent architectures using LLMs, tool calling, memory, and planning.
• Integrate agents with APIs, SaaS platforms, and internal systems.
• Improve reliability through evaluation, testing, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Optimize agent performance, scalability, and operational cost while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• 1+ year of experience building agentic workflows.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, browser automation, APIs, and third-party service integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
