What you will do

• Build and deploy production AI systems that automate complex decision-making for service businesses.
• Integrate state-of-the-art AI frameworks and tools into production systems.
• Architect scalable backend infrastructure for rapid company and revenue growth.
• Own critical product features end-to-end, from design through deployment.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Ship rapidly while maintaining production quality, including occasional weekend sprints.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of backend engineering experience, ideally in a fast-growing early-stage startup or as a founding engineer.
• Exceptional coding fundamentals and comfort with quant-level technical problems.
• Experience using AI coding tools as productivity multipliers.
• A track record of building impressive systems or products.
• Ability to learn an existing codebase and ship meaningful contributions within 48 hours.
• Strong product sense, customer empathy, architectural judgment, and comfort with ambiguity.
