What you will do

• Plan, execute, and implement complex process improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Design business processes from scratch and coordinate improvements across business units and functions.
• Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and document challenges, desired outcomes, recommendations, and agreements.
• Draft and revise business processes while assessing upstream, downstream, and work-tool impacts.
• Train employees on new process flows and requirements, and measure and report process performance.
• Provide re-engineering consultation, perform cost-benefit analyses, and mentor less senior business process analysts.

Requirements

• Experience planning and implementing complex business process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and align processes across business units.
• Ability to document processes, evaluate impacts, perform cost-benefit analyses, and present findings to mid-level, senior, and executive audiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Penang, Malaysia.
