Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fab operations, capacity, or Capex planning.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
• Strong data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills.
