What you will do

• Design and build network security solutions aligned with customer requirements and existing technology environments.
• Engage with reseller partners and internal stakeholders through phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Assess business objectives, budgets, end-user needs, project timelines, and expected close dates.
• Develop complete solutions covering products, services, maintenance, warranties, support, and complementary technologies.
• Provide technical guidance, qualify opportunities, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, vendor, and technical teams while maintaining responsiveness and customer experience metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of professional experience or 2 years of relevant functional experience in technology, sales support, technical support, networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong customer communication, problem-solving, consultative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and business productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
• Experience with network security, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, cloud, or data center technologies.
• Familiarity with firewalls, endpoint security, identity and access management, and secure networking.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, or Check Point.
• Experience in technology distribution, channel sales, reseller support, solutions engineering, technical presales, or inside sales.
