What you will do

• Drive Lean Six Sigma projects to improve urban distribution and terminal operations.
• Analyze and optimize delivery routes to reduce transit times and operating costs.
• Manage site resources, capacity planning, and facility layouts.
• Improve workforce productivity and courier attendance stability.
• Monitor terminal KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement on-site improvements.
• Partner with terminal managers to standardize best practices and Lean methodologies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in express delivery, instant delivery, or urban distribution.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma frameworks applied to logistics.
• Advanced data analysis, layout planning, change management, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in route and resource management.
• Logistics or express delivery industry experience is highly preferred.
