Principal Product Manager (Identity)

Salary: $243,000–$328,500 annual base pay, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for authentication, the verified identity network, and identity proofing.
• Translate customer requirements and business goals into user experiences and secure, scalable platform services.
• Coach a small team of product managers and help develop their product management capabilities.
• Partner with architects, engineers, program managers, and business teams to coordinate dependencies and deliver complex initiatives.
• Use customer insights, experimentation, and success metrics to prioritize requirements and guide product decisions.
• Represent the product area in internal presentations, customer discussions, and partner events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering platform products in product management, especially identity systems or large-scale enterprise applications.
• Previous experience managing a team and coaching individual contributors.
• Technical depth in SaaS software development, including code reading, architecture, and design discussions.
• Experience managing complex program or project deliverables across multiple teams.
• Experience with Agile product ownership and defining detailed epics and requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
