What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends in identity verification, KYC, and AML workflows.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and competitive positioning through data-driven insights.
• Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor junior product managers to foster team development and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in identity verification, cybersecurity, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading SaaS product launches and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Strong familiarity with KYC/AML technologies, compliance frameworks, and document authentication.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills to align vision across multiple stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days/week) in the London office.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Fluency in Spanish language.
• Experience with global identity regulations such as eIDAS and NIST.
