What you will do

• Develop, write, and edit technical sales and marketing documentation, including system manuals, operating instructions, reports, briefs, and proposals.
• Observe production, development, and experimental activities to document operating procedures and technical details.
• Interview engineering, production, Global Product Support, and Applied Global Services personnel to understand product technologies and production methods.
• Use blueprints, drawings, specifications, mock-ups, part lists, and product samples to document technologies, procedures, and production sequences.
• Review published materials and recommend improvements to scope, format, content, and production methods.
• Coordinate suppliers to ensure documentation is delivered on time.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in technical publications or a related discipline.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
• Ability to work within established guidelines and policies while maintaining the quality of personal and team deliverables.
• No supervisory experience is required; the role provides informal guidance to new team members.
• Work location: Austin, Texas. Relocation eligibility is not available.
