Sourcing Specialist/Buyer

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing plans and category management strategies for assigned raw materials.
• Select and develop reliable suppliers while balancing quality, total cost, capacity, regulations, and supply requirements.
• Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage supply agreements.
• Manage supply risk and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Product Management, Quality, and other functions to ensure supply security.
• Drive cost savings, working capital improvements, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement system data and follow global procurement processes, procedures, and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in raw material strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, contracting, communication, relationship management, data analysis, and value analysis skills.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese are required.
• Understanding of contracts, supply chain, sourcing, finance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and travel when required by project needs.
