Procurement Senior Sourcing Analyst - Human Resources

What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for Talent Mobility, Healthcare Services, and Talent Development categories.
• Design and manage sourcing activities, including RFPs and RFQs.
• Lead the development, negotiation, and governance of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and related commercial agreements.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier partners to improve enterprise procurement processes.
• Advise stakeholders and suppliers on procurement policies, governance requirements, and sourcing best practices.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the requisition-to-PO process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hirify.global procurement or equivalent experience, or 5+ years of non-hirify.global procurement experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and meet time-bound deliverables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, communication, influencing, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation experience and strong knowledge of contract processes.
• Must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require hirify.global immigration support or employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP Ariba.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience purchasing relocation, healthcare services, or talent development categories.
