What you will do

• Build the research function, including processes, tools, and a culture of customer research.
• Develop and maintain a scalable customer research panel for continuous access to customer insights.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and business teams to validate opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research from early discovery through post-launch validation.
• Translate research findings into recommendations for product strategy, customer experience, and business priorities.
• Communicate research stories, decisions influenced, and measurable impact on customer experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience influencing product strategy through research.
• Experience building or significantly improving participant recruitment, research repositories, and repeatable research practices.
• Strong storytelling skills connecting research to decisions, customer outcomes, and business impact.
• Strong product intuition and understanding of research needs across the product lifecycle.
• Evidence-driven approach to decision-making under uncertainty.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
