User Researcher (Product Design): Conducting end-to-end user research to deepen the understanding of audiences for a global news organization with an accent on generative research, experience mapping, and iterative testing. Location: London (Hybrid: requires onsite presence 50% of the time)

What you will do
- Plan and prioritize research initiatives based on company OKRs within cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create a shared understanding of customer needs.
- Design and conduct generative research activities to uncover user behaviors and motivations.
- Map user experiences, journeys, and flows to identify and prioritize pain points and opportunities.
- Work with teams to evolve ideas into concepts through iterative research and testing.
- Synthesize findings and disseminate insights creatively across the squad and the wider business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a user researcher for product teams.
- Proven track record of shipping multiple features and iterations across various products.
- Expertise in using a range of research methods and techniques to impact product strategy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering compelling customer narratives.
- Must be able to work from the London office (Hybrid model).
