Deployment Coordinator (Payments)

What you will do

• Build client relationships and support retention through accurate, timely communication about orders, inventory, workflow schedules, and SLAs.
• Coordinate purchase orders with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring specifications, quality, timelines, and costs are aligned.
• Track materials and vendor quality, manage inventory, and support purchasing and production planning.
• Troubleshoot basic issues, identify process improvements, and assist with testing incoming materials and client training.
• Resolve vendor material discrepancies and client billing disputes, reconciling charges and matching quotes with invoice prices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in print and/or warehouse inventory management.
• Knowledge of applicable software systems and the ability to complete routine to moderately difficult assignments independently.
• Strong client service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
