Analyst - Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own production and material planning for multiple product lines across local and external manufacturing.
• Translate demand and forecasts into supply and capacity plans.
• Schedule material flow across the production cycle and manage material requirements based on demand, engineering changes, and production plans.
• Partner with Procurement to improve inventory management and monitor supply chain KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, revenue indices, and cycle times.
• Identify material, capacity, and lead-time risks and drive solutions with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Procurement.
• Support ERP usage, transition activities, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, or supply chain analysis in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics AX is highly valued.
• Strong analytical skills, independent planning ability, and effective prioritization.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, high-reliability manufacturing environment.
• Clear communication, collaboration, solution-oriented mindset, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of SharePoint.
